Property Investor

The Aussie Property Group has been led by Dr Unterweger since its inception. His unique background starts with property investment, when he worked in residential property for a property specialty group at the age of 21. He used the knowledge he gained in this experience to build his own portfolio of investment properties; many of these investment are still growing to this day.

Experienced Financial Adviser

Being a successful property investor is about more than knowing about properties. You also have to have an understanding of how to manage your finances. This will allow you to get the most out of every dollar that you invest. Dr. Unterweger understands this well, and has been honing his financial advisory skills for over 27 years. He is the founder and current chairman of the UNICORP financial services group, which provides services to C-level executives at large corporations, legal firms and medical groups.

Understanding venture capitalism has given Dr. Unterweger a thorough understanding of how to manage the business of being a property investor. Risk management, raising capital, negotiations and acquisitions are second nature to our experienced leader. Some of the investee companies that Dr Unterweger has been involved in include; DAVNET Limited, Telemedia Networks Limited, RPC Plan Managers Pty Limited, Viper Communications Group Limited, Tawana Resources Limited, Pie Networks Limited and EBS (merged with Cashcard prior to purchase by First Data Corp), many of which were either listed on the Australian Stock Exchange or successfully sold to listed Australian and International Companies.
